LEA Member Rights…
Providing a vital service to members
LEA Members may have a general idea of what their membership entitles them to, but chances
are most members do not take advantage of every member benefit they can and should,
especially in the area of member rights until and unless a problem arises with their employment.
This page is meant to help alleviate that situation and assist members to be pro-active when it
comes to their rights and benefits. Member Rights is just one area in which the LEA serves its
members on a daily basis.
